Payment can only be accepted by cheque in U.K. Pounds Stirling (£). Please add the relevant shipping costs to your order and send the cheque, made payable to L.A. Martin, to the following address: The below table shows the shipping costs to the different parts of the world for up to 5 books.
For larger quantities, please contact us for precise shipping costs. Books are usually shipped by Royal Mail, although other couriers may be used. If a shipment has a high priority, then we can arrange a faster courier - please contact us to find out more.
We are not responsible for any import customs, duties, tariffs, taxes, etc. imposed by destination countries. For certain countries we may need to ask customers for VAT number and/or serial tariff number.
